I just wanted to tell you how wonderful it was working with Dave as we tried to move to our new software system. He was so professional and helpful in what was an extremely stressful time. In addition, he made really helpful suggestions, one being using our backup server to exactly recreate the issue that was occurring when we went live with our new software. That suggestion, and his ability to set the server up to do it, is allowing us to troubleshoot the issue and perhaps be able to move forward once we have isolated the problem. He also restored our servers so we could return to our old system, keeping us from staying shut down for an extended period of time. Everyone member of my team has said that this would never have been the case had we not moved to your organization.
I know I have said this before, but it bears repeating, I have been so impressed with everyone I have had the pleasure of working with in your organization. This is the first time since we began using computer systems that we feel that we have the necessary supports to do what we need to do. It is also the first time I believe that an IT company will make sure we have what we need to move our company to where it needs to be. I know you said that I would feel this way, but our history with IT companies has made me somewhat cynical.
